Can I order samples of your invitations?
Yes up to a maximum of three. Samples are tailor made to suit your colour theme, they are charged at the current unit price for your chosen design. This is refundable on orders of £125 or more. To request your sample, complete the sample request form in the design section. Samples will be sent on receipt of payment. Cheques should be made payable to N Ramplin.

What size are the cards?
All card sizes are indicated by each design on the website.

Does each wedding stationery design come in a variety of colours?
Yes, all the stationery has been designed to be tailor made for your wedding. Please indicate your theme on the order form or call to discuss.

Can I change colours, text and fonts of any design?
To an extent, our cards can be altered to suit your own personal taste. We can change wording, fonts, and colour of text on both the outer card and inserts.

Can we use our own images on our stationery?
You can provide us with your own image or photograph to ensure your stationery is truly unique. Please note, that all images must be of a high quality. Please get permission from whoever has the copyright for the photograph before providing it to us.

Can you design an invitation especially for our wedding?
Yes, if you are unable to find what you are looking for, please call to discuss your exact requirements.

Can we choose our own wording for our wedding invitations?
Yes, we are happy to use the wording of your choice.

Are inserts included in the price?
Yes, where applicable. Some designs don’t have inserts as part of the design. If you require your inserts to be printed in colour, a charge of 20p per insert will be added.

Are envelopes included in the price?
Yes, matching envelopes are included in the price of our Wedding Invitations and Evening Invitations. Thank You Cards and Reply Cards come with either a standard white, ivory or cream.

What else should I include in the envelope with my invitation?
In with the invitation put maps and directions to the ceremony and reception venues. If appropriate, include a list of nearby hotels/guest houses and their prices. We can put this information together for you. Please contact us for a quotation.

What is self assemble stationery?
Some of the designs have ribbons which are used to seal the invitation, you will need to tie the bow yourself after you have written your invitation.

Will I get a proof of my stationery?
Yes. We will provide you with proofs, usually within a week of you placing your order. Along with these, you will receive approval forms, which you must fill in with any amendments, and post back to us. Amendments to your stationery can further be approved either via e-mail or post.

How many invitations do I need to order?
First decide on your number of guests, send one per family, and to this number add a small quantity to allow for any mistakes and extra guests you may decide to invite at a later stage.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes, a minimum order of 10 items can be ordered per card per design and then in multiples of 10 upwards.

Do I get a discount for ordering in quantities?
Yes, a discount is given with orders of 20 or more. See the price table for exact figures.

How do I place an order?
You can place an order online or send your completed order form by post. Simply select 'Order' on the menu bar at the top. You will need to enter your details and submit. Payment will need to be made by cheque and posted.

Do you require a deposit at the time of placing an order?
Yes, as all orders are tailormade for you, a 50% non refundable deposit is required at the time of placing your order.

Do I have to order all of my stationery at the same time?
No. You are free to make an initial order for your invitations, and a further order for your Orders of Service, Place Cards, Thank You Cards, etc after you have confirmed numbers. Postage and packing will be charged separately.

How many Orders of Service do I need to order?
One Order of Service per guest is usual so that everyone can follow the service. If you are trying to save a little perhaps couples could share!

Do you print names on the place cards?
Yes, please add 10p per place card.

How do I pay?
A 50% deposit is required at the time of placing your order. The final balance is due 2 weeks prior to your stationery being dispatched. Payment should be made by cheque, payable to
N Ramplin.

How long will it take between ordering my wedding stationery and delivery?
When we receive your order form and cheque, we will send your proofs to you within one week. When you sign and return your proofs, as approved, we will deliver your stationery within 6-8 weeks. If you require them sooner, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss.

How much is postage and packaging, and how will my order be delivered?
Postage charges to the UK can be found on our 'Terms and Conditions' page. The cost will vary depending on the amount of stationery items ordered. All items are sent using Royal Mail's Special Delivery, you will be given a tracking number once your order has been posted. It will require a signature on delivery so if you require it to be delivered to another address, please indicate on the order form.

Can I collect my stationery from you when it's ready?
Yes, please let us know which day and time is convenient for you to come and collect.

Can we meet you in person?
Yes, you are welcome to visit us and discuss your exact requirements. Please call for an appointment.

When should I send invitations out to my guests?
Your wedding invitations should be sent out at least three months in advance, although this is your personal choice.

What happens if I run out of wedding invitations?
We would advise you to order spares when you first place your order. Most people order an extra ten invitations. All items except menus have a minimum order quantity of ten, so ordering them individually incurs a set up charge of £5 per additional order requested. Stationery will be charged at the unit price for orders under 10.

What is your refund policy?
As all stationery is tailor made to your specifications, orders cannot be cancelled once we have received your deposit.
